Establishes applicant sources for hourly positions by developing and maintaining various recruitment networks via college relations programs, recruitment advertising, career fairs, professional organizations and referral programs. Maintains hiring and selection records in compliance with external and internal requirements. Maintains applicant pools and records ensuring EEO/AAP compliance.
Bachelor’s degree/equivalent. Professional accreditation strongly preferred.
Two (2) years recruitment, related human resources or FedEx operations management experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of state and federal laws regarding employment and general human resources practices. Knowledge of recruitment and applicant tracking systems. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, required. WorkDay experience preferred.
