As an Accommodation Assistant, you will be part of a front-facing, busy, customer service focussed team – aiming to offer all our students outstanding customer service. You will use your knowledge and training to respond to enquiries in person, by phone, by email, and using online resources. You will be part of a team supporting new and returning students with advice and guidance in seeking accommodation. You will represent the University at events such as Open Days and House-hunting fairs.
