Administrative Assistant

Full Time Contract – up to 18 months (33.75 hours/week)

The incumbent will work in close co-operation with, and provide administrative and clerical support to the Manager

of Administration and Information Services and Agency personnel. This position also provides back-up coverage to

other Administrative Assistants and reception as assigned.


  • Completion of a business or commercial diploma  Excellent organizational, coordination and time

or certificate from an accredited college or management skills to determine priorities, meet strict

equivalent combination of education and timelines and manage several assignments

experience simultaneously

  • Intermediate skill level and extensive experience  Ability to assess workflow and administrative functions,

in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and to suggest modifications to improve efficiency,
