Accountancy Practice seeks local proven Admin assistant with excellent organisational, good verbal and written skills to join the team. The candidate will be working closely with the partner.
Skills and Requirements
-Experience in Office Administration
-Good Phone manner
-Self- motivated and able to work without supervision
-Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills are essential
-Efficient in using MS Office
Responsibilities and duties:
Firm’s workflow Management
-Assist Client Managers/Partners to meet internal deadlines and targets
-Request information and resolving queries with clients
-Send VAT, Accounts, Tax Returns, Annual Returns reminders to clients
-Updating internal databases and ensuring internal deadlines are met
-Liaising with HMRC on the behalf of clients
Please ensure CV is up to date and has all exams and grades and work experience with dates.
Include a covering email stating how your skills match our requirements and why you want to work in an accounts office if you have not done so before. Also hours you would be able to work e.g. 5 short days or 3 days full-time etc
No previous experience of working in accounts is required but those with experience will be preferred.
Ideal candidate would also live in the local area. Please ensure that the commute works for you before applying.
