Job Description
Internally you will be known as a Business Services Co-ordinator.
What it’s like to work here:You’ll be part of a team that covers the South West primarily working out of the Lanhydrock Hub but with an opportunity for hybrid working. We’re looking for someone with a strong administrative skillset, able to turn their hand to whatever comes their way – whether it’s helping an archaeologist with archiving, helping a property with purchasing, or helping to induct new team members, you’ll want to help others and get involved. You’ll have the ability to work with a wide range of team members and different disciplines across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your skillset.
What you’ll be doing:The National Trust is a busy organisation that has a lot going on at all times – you can guarantee that no day is the same so you’ll have to love variety. As well as supporting day to day operations, you’ll have the chance to support a variety of projects and offer your advice beyond your team. You’ll always champion best practice when it comes to business support, and will be confident challenging the norm when you think there’s a better way of doing something.
Who we’re looking forRelevant experience in a Business Support environment; along with facilities or office supervision responsibility
