A new 6 months fixed-term opportunity as an Administration Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis in Brisbane. We are looking for an engaging client facing individual to oversee our front desk and reception area, as well as provide additional administrative assistance to the wider Queensland team.

Key duties and responsibilities include:
Greeting clients and visitors;

Receiving and distributing incoming calls via Skype for Business;

Distributing and registering incoming and outgoing couriers/mail;

Assisting visitors from other offices (setting up printers, security passes, etc.);

Monitoring local office calendars and managing meeting room bookings;

Setting up and clearing away meeting rooms;

Coordinating events, including workshops and training events;

Assisting with archiving record management;

Maintaining stationery area and mail room as well as stock control of kitchen supplies;

Travel bookings (using Serko);

Word processing of deliverables according to company guidelines and procedures;

Formatting and updating staff resumes; and

Applying vehicle and equipment costs to projects and data entry (including GINT);

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task;

People skills and demonstrated customer service skills;

Good organisation and time management skills;

Focus on high standards;

Well-developed written communication and interpersonal skills;

Ability to work unsupervised and to use initiative; and

Proficient in MS Office suite.
