Administration Assistant Job at Fulton Hogan in Murray Bridge SA
Fulton Hogan has been awarded the South Australian State Government’s Regional South road maintenance contract. Wrapping around Adelaide Metro from the Barossa Valley Area, Riverland District and the entire South East of the state. Fulton Hogan will provide routine maintenance and capital works to a network of over 12,000 lane kilometres.
We are sourcing for an Administration Assistant who will support the program and management team in the successful delivery of this contract. This is a permanent position that will be based at our Murray Bridge depot reporting to and supporting by the Administration Coordinator.
You will be Responsible for
The day to day duties for the role will include:
Daily collection, checking and processing of supplier and subcontractor dockets and invoices
Daily entry and reconciliation of site fuel usage records
Maintenance of site plant registers
Maintenance of Safety registers ensuring all data is entered in a timely fashion
Procurement tasks including purchase orders and job cost coding
General administration support to office and site staff based

You will be an enthusiastic self-starter that has recently complete a business administration cert III, looking for an employer who will invest in your ability and your future.
