Administration Assistant Job at CARRARA BUILDING SERVICES LIMITED in Keston BR2
OFFICE ADMIN ASSISTANT BASED IN BR2, FULL TIME – 8.30-17.00
With some Health & Safety administration:
Answer calls and direct to appropriate colleague
Deal with Customer Queries and update Information Portals as required
Deal with the Contracts Managers’ queries
Collect excess payments for Insurance claims and update relevant systems
Upload bills to relevant software
Assist on all Contracts where necessary
Assist the Claims Handlers with various requests.
Assist the Surveyors with various requests
Assist the Business Manager and Director with various requests
Assisting with special projects such as large Building claims. (to include dealing with councils, electric company, water company, gas-boards in respect of new installations and resolving issues)
Maintaining mileage records.
Send debit sheets to contracts manager once a week.
Incoming post and identifying invoices to the correct folder.
Arranging annual fleet insurance, process fines, arrange repairs, anything relating to vehicles.
Ad hoc admin such as typing up invoices, scanning and uploading documents, ordering skips and materials etc.
Updating in-house spreadsheets
Responding to emails and correspondence
