COVID Vaccination Clinic Administration Assistant

Fixed Term Part and Full Time available

Position 1 – 80 hours per fortnight

Positon 2 – 40 hours per fortnight

Classification: Administration Assistant (HS1)

Award: Victorian Public Health Sector (Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement 2016 – 2020

A fantastic opportunity exists within MDHS for a motivated and customer focused individual to join the Administration team working in our vaccination clinic. In this role you will be responsible for providing a high standard of administrative support to the clinic.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Qualifications / Experience

*

  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of effective, efficient and confidential clerical and administrative support, using initiative and flexibility with a high level of attention to detail.

Specialist Expertise

*

  • High level of competency in Microsoft Office programs and other Patient management systems. Experience with IPM and Best practice desirable
  • Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to initiate review of systems and procedures as applicable.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to be flexible and attentive to the varied and changing requirements of a busy office environment.
