As an Administration Consultant in our Life Insurance & Investments Division you’ll be responsible for the maintenance of existing life insurance policies.

We are recruiting these roles with a start date in late March

The tasks you’d tackle would include indexing / data entry of newly received requests, policy maintenance, managing written and telephone enquiries regarding existing policies and following up outstanding documentation. As you build on your existing administrative and customer service skills, we’ll provide you with excellent training to support you in learning about Zurich’s Life Risk products, processes and policies. As you learn and grow in the role, you’ll have autonomy to organise and action your own daily workload.

As a highly organised person with a proven track record of providing an exceptionally high quality of service and support, you’ll enjoy being a part of a professional and supportive Operations team. You’ll be able to utilise your fantastic written and verbal communication skills as well as use your detailed and proactive approach to problem solving.

For this position, the training will be office based and after completion it is likely you will be required to work flexibly for 3 to 4 days per week based on pre-determined days.
