About the Role

As the Administration & Document Coordinator your role will be varied, including:

Update relevant company manuals and communicate the updates across the business

Ensure the integration of policy and procedure between all relevant company manuals

Coordinate the approvals to review and update documents

Process purchase orders and requisitions

Archive hard and soft copy documents

Process requests for software-user log-ins

About You

You must have exceptional attention to detail with the ability to process documents methodically and to strict compliance standards. Experience in a technical administration role i.e. engineering or procurement would be an advantage.
