Location: Kenmore

Remuneration: 24.52p/h + 9.5% Super + Access NFP Salary packaging benefits

We are seeking an experienced Administrator with proven rostering and payroll experience to to join our Kenmore Aged Care Facility Team.

This key role within our team involves management of electronic timesheets and base rosters, within Kronos timecards and schedules. You will be responsible for:

Processing timesheets, pay enquiries and leave (in line with the EA & Award)

Proactively identifying and reporting on resource allocation and rostering opportunities

Updating employee timecards and schedules in line with customer demand and employee absence (both planned and unplanned)

Processing payroll exceptions within designated tolerances and approved exceptions

What you’ll need:
Experience interpreting and applying payroll related terms under EAs & Awards

Intermediate MS Office skills as well as strong general technology skills

Ability to interpret, report on and action insights drawn from data and analytics within varying enterprise systems

Selection Criteria Desirable: Do you have intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite?

Desirable: Do you have experience in administration or reception in the health or aged care sector?
