We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Administration Assistant with strong clerical skills to join our team at Forest Lodge in Frankston North on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the General Manager and supporting the Administration Officer in this busy home, you will be positive, friendly and welcoming as the first point of contact. With a talent for developing positive relationships with residents, staff and visitors alike and a passion for exceptional customer service, you will be able to prioritise and multi-task.

To succeed in this role you will have:

Experience in reception and administration

Professional and courteous telephone manner

Strong computer skills including Excel and Word

Be customer service focused

Excellent Organisational skills with the ability to multi-task

Professional and friendly demeanor

Ability to obtain a Victorian or Federal Police Certificate
