The Patient Service and Information Unit Services is a busy and diverse workplace, supporting the delivery of safe and quality healthcare at Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital. The Casual Administration Officer offers a flexible roster and opportunity to provide exposure & relief to other administrative positions across the various areas within Patient Services and Information Unit. What you’ll be doing
The Casual Administration Officer provides relief to various administrative positions within Patient Services and Information Unit to support the delivery of safe and quality healthcare at Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital.
How to Apply

Capacity and willingness to work both planned and unplanned shifts on weekdays, afternoons, nights, weekends and public holidays as required.
Excellent conflict resolution skills applied to a customer service environment
Effective communication, interpersonal and customer service skills (written, verbal, email and telephone).
Highly developed ability to plan, prioritise and organise work activities to achieve work outcomes within deadlines.
Demonstrated attention to detail with a very high level of accuracy when working with a range of computer systems and processes
Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge of electronic systems and computer software to achieve job outcomes
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member to achieve quality service outcomes
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and processes
