Bring your Administration experience to support the Respiratory Protection Program (RPP) team. Reporting to the RPP Team Lead you will ensure the day to day administrative activities of the service are maintained. Key responsbilites of the role include:
- Assist visitors (face to face and over the phone) in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- Maintain data entry and booking systems
- Complete data reports
- Ensure appropriate standard of presentation and maintenance of reception area
In this 12-month fixed term contract your flexible availability is key to being rostered across seven days per week (Monday – Sunday), with shifts spanning from 7.30am to 10.30pm. We can consider candidates who can work 0.6 EFT (three days per week) up to full time EFT. As you will work across various Monash Health sites, a valid driver’s licence is essential.
Shifts will be rostered in advance and specific shift requests may be considered.

What you need:
- Demonstrated recent experience as an administrator (preferably in a healthcare setting)
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft computer applications
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Australian working rights
- Valid Driver’s licence
- Ability to travel and work from other Monash Health sites as directed
- Administrative qualification (desirable)
