Administration Officer – Statutory Planning

Full Time, Temporary until December 2021 (parental leave replacement)

Salary range $61,690 – $66,596 pro rata + super

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administration officer to provide support in the daily operations of our Statutory Planning team.

Responsibilities for this role include prioritising and processing incoming correspondence and enquiries, ensuring all data and documentation is efficiently captured in our systems, telephone and email enquiries and general administration support to the team.

To succeed in this role you will be an effective team player, well organised and able to prioritise tasks, have good verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail, ability to learn software programs and a commitment to providing great customer service.

The successful applicant will have experience working in administration or a busy office environment. A basic understanding of planning and the development industry and relevant regulations would be highly regarded.
