Job Description

Hey! We’re Real Things and we are partnering with Workfully to find the perfect administration specialist. As an administration specialist, you will manage a variety of tasks related to the day-to-day operations and administration of the company.

A Typical Day at work:
Collaborate with managers and department leaders as needed on new and existing client development activities

Focus on existing client engagement and prepare budget proposals, bids, and client contracts and collaborate with subject matter experts to gather appropriate input

Input client and sales data into CRM systems, set-up projects, and input budgets into the timekeeping system

Create and run reports from timesheet databases and business ERP systems

Gather and analyze work performance data including budget-to-actuals and prepare for reconciliation and explanation to the client

Investigate and reconcile discrepancies in data and provide concise explanations

Organize and prioritize critical issues and gather the required information to facilitate efficient management decision making

Implement system integration initiatives as needed
