Dynamic Office & Accounting Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant (ONSITE) for our client in Oakland, CA.
You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive the company success. Someone that is organized and able to juggle multiple tasks/projects to keep their admin duties moving forward in a timely manner. A friendly service-oriented style, enjoys connecting with others, and works proficiently with the team is most ideal for this role.
This position is a Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4pm.
$18-$20/Hr.
Duties include:
Answer phones, direct calls, take messages and offer assistance in a professional manner
Purchase orders service scheduling
Data Entry and File Maintenance
Ability to pull information from multiple database and merge information
Speaking and following up with customers
Maintain an organized work space
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
1-2 year of administrative work
