This Administrative Assistant position is located in Wallaceburg, Ontario and requires work on site in the office.*

Summary of Duties
Reporting to the CACC Manager, the Administrative Assistant will provide support to Wallaceburg CACC. The successful candidate will respond to phone and email queries, greet visitors and vendors, and coordinate meeting schedules, arrangements, and documents, including taking minutes. This position is responsible for intake of correspondence and invoices, maintaining account disbursements, and processing invoices and expense reports. As the primary payroll contact for the department, the Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for payroll entries, submissions and corrections, HR documents and filing, and data entry as needed. The role also entails the ordering of supplies, equipment, and meeting arrangements, in addition to errands and other ad hoc duties.
Administrative Assistant/Office Management Program at the College level or an undergraduate degree
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in an administrative assistant or similar role Minimum of 1-2 years in payroll activities, Kronos Workforce ESP experience would be an asset
Experience in providing customer service and managing relationships
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and documentation skills
Strong working knowledge of office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently
Good problem-solving skills and an ability to work as a team member on projects
