Your Opportunity:
This Administrative Support III position is to support the Alberta health Services COVID -19 response through Health Link. This position is the initial point of contact for Albertan’s to receive COVID-19 testing negative results. You would be responsible for contacting Albertan’s by telephone to advise them of negative test results and refer them to online COVID care information or Health link-811 nursing teams. Data entry of contact results into an electronic system as well as other administrative duties that support Health Link such as COVID assessment nursing paper triage form record management may be required. You will demonstrate strong communication, professionalism and customer service skills; be self-directed; demonstrate critical thinking, time management, confliction resolution, and decision-making skills; accurately collect and document information in a timely manner; be adaptable in an environment with constant interruptions and short timelines; show accountability and attention to detail; and foster collaboration with members of the interdisciplinary team.

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an environment with focus on customer service. Customer service , particularly telephone –based contact centre experience. Keyboarding, data entry, and computer systems experience. Experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook is required.
