Job Description



We need an editorial assistant for our growing content agency.
We are looking for an efficient assistant to join our team on an ongoing basis to manage our administrative tasks, clients and look for new leads. The responsibilities would include:

1- Client management, responding to requests and queries across various platforms and emails
2- Managing quotations and invoices
3- Liaising with managers to ensure the smooth running of the agency
4- New business Looking for new leads * Commissions apply*
5- Day-to-day essential management of Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts
6- Research as needed

We are looking for an assistant who can bring the following skills:

  • Native English speaker that loves writing
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Personable with excellent communication
  • Positive attitude

The working hours are from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Thursday, 9am-1pm Fridays

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Commission
