Associate Contact Management (m/f/d) Job at KWS Berlin GmbH in Berlin
Act as first point of contact for internal and external customers via phone and ticket system.
Close collaboration with internal functions to reply incoming requests efficiently and with high quality.
Monitor tickets and prepare ticket reports.
Develop and maintain FAQs to support self-service.
Responsible for the administration and control of the underlying IT ticket system of the GTC.
Coordination and maintenance of knowledge and information systems.
Contribute and support to continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide end user and back and user training.
High customer orientation and good communication skills.
Fluent English and good German language skills and other languages are a plus.
Strong sense of urgency and personal interaction skills.
Motivation to seek for improvements and provide solutions.
Highly organized and proficient at multitasking.
Flexible team player.
Knowledge and experience in customer service practices.
Experience in relevant IT systems (MS Office and other).
