As of 2019, Handy is an independently operated subsidiary of ANGI Homeservices (Nasdaq: ANGI), the world’s largest home services marketplace including brands like HomeAdvisor and Angie’s List. This milestone is allowing us to expand to hundreds of more home services to bring the Handy experience to millions of more customers and professionals.
About the Role
Handy is looking for a performance marketing professional interested in driving growth. You will manage and execute on a selected group of Handy’s performance marketing channels (TV, Facebook and others), with full responsibility for acquiring customers. You will work with internal and external creative teams to iterate on the content for each channel and own decision-making throughout the process. Your responsibilities will also include to manage the relationships with the outside agencies that we work with, and make sure they hit the targets set forth. You will work regularly with the Product and Engineering teams, and have frequent exposure to the Executive team.
We’re a startup, so we’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm for our mission to transform home services, and of course, the ability to turn on a dime when necessary. Here are some details about what is required:
Bachelor’s degree required. MBA a plus
5+ years work experience
3+ years in offline (TV, Radio/Mail) and online (Social, SEM) performance marketing either in house or at an agency
Experience with managing a creative process with internal or external designers
Growth mindset with a focus on using continuous testing to optimize acquisition and pricing
Robust analytic and quantitative skills
Comfortable presenting to executive team
