Associate Service Management (m/f/d) Job at KWS Berlin GmbH in Berlin
Measurement of service quality and potential for improvement.
Manage, compile and store relevant contract documents (MSA/SLA).
Defining, triggering and monitoring of ONEGLOBE invoicing services to local legal entities.
Responsible for the initial set-up and operation of the performance management and reporting as well as the further development of the ONEGLOBE KPIs.
Establishment of a professional customer and communication management.
Supports the lead of service and contact management in ensuring a high-quality regular operation of the GTC.
Facilitation of general administrative, logistical and coordinating tasks of the center management and taking over the interface function between the global functions and the GTC.
Working knowledge of relevant Service Management tasks and methods.
Knowledge and experience of customer service practices.
Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages are an asset.
Experience in relevant IT systems (MS Office and other.)
Strong sense of urgency and personal interaction skills.
Highly organized, self-reliant and proficient at multitasking
Ability to manage complex situations and contribute to solutions
