Our Consultants/Support Analysts play a vital role in the successful delivery of solutions to our clients and act as liaisons across a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external. Our Consultants/Support Analysts do this by way of their deep understanding of the FinTech industry coupled with exceptional system, technology, analysis and communication skills. Consultants/Support Analysts collaborate with clients to understand their business problem, analyze their current business processes, understand the clients’ success criteria, translate that into requirements, and assist in the design to deliver the best implementation to meet the clients’ goals.
Complete assigned tasks/projects and tickets (as applicable) on time and to the defined quality standards.
Learn and use the Confluence solutions, tools, and processes to meet the requirements of internal and external customers.
Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders/partners (as applicable) to ensure deliverables are met.
Participate in simple solution design, configuration, testing and documentation activities, as applicable.
Provide input, fixes and operational monitoring as required, to ensure standards are met.
Flexible work hours to support 24/7 client coverage. (some positions may require a different working pattern).
Communicate with stakeholders/partners in a competent and professional manner at all times.

Certifications and FinTech Knowledge:
Industry experience, or:
Complete the following classes/training within 3 months of commencing employment:
Fintech introduction / types of fintech /fintech entities
Business Analysis fundamentals
other classes required
Complete the following classes/trainings within 6 months of commencing employment
Foundational business skills/market knowledge/asset management
Lifecycle of financial market requirements
Other classes as required
Knowledge of Confluence solutions
Crystal Reports, SQL, Excel as applicable
Within 6 months:
Intermediate level SQL, Excel as applicable
Understanding of underlying business/market area
Develop basic understanding of Confluence solutions
Develop specific detailed understanding of assigned areas of the software
Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Computer science business systems or IT related degree preferred,
