Teacher – Entry Level

Role Description

To deliver relevant and engaging tuition programs to AMES Australia’s culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) adult learners.

Existing Skills Vocational qualifications and current industry skills and experience directly relevant to the training/assessment to be delivered / assessed. These are:

1. Early Childhood Education and Care

2. Kitchen Operation

  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of training and assessment of nationally accredited Industry Training Packages, including requisite documentation and compliance
  • Demonstrated extensive and current experience of working in the relevant industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant industry, including OH&S codes, industry practice, labour market trends and opportunities
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to deliver practical and innovative training to suit the adult learning profiles of CALD participants
