What you’ll do
Responsible for creating/designing Test scenarios, Test Cases and Test Execution through Test Management tools – JIRA, Agile Central etc.
Optimize the current regression pack and make it fit for purpose.
Specific duties and responsibilities will include creating, maintaining and executing test plans and test cases, estimating test efforts, analyzing and communicating test results, defect tracking, defect triaging and participating in day to day testing activities.
Use automation tools as appropriate – Versa Test, Bridge Test, SOAP UI etc. to create test automation suite
Work with Software Developers and other testers in small scrum teams to deliver the highest quality products in a timely manner.
Collaborative approach while working with offshore teams
What you’ll bring
Good experience in manual and automation testing projects
Knowledge of Tandem Base24, EMV CHIP, ATM Testing, POS Testing, Cards and Payment industry testing
Knowledge in ISO8583 protocol, TACL Language and Payment Tokenisation
Knowledge of EMV Kernel L2 certification such as ADVT, MTIP, VpTT , Visa & MasterCard Conform Testing
Strong exposure to testing terminologies and processes.
Strong experience in software testing
Understanding of test management tools, JIRA, Test Rails, X-ray and Confluence.
Knowledge of VersaTest or BridgeTest or ATM Automation tool
Knowledge of Selenium, SOAP UI, CA ServiceVirtulisation any other Test automation tool
Understanding of Barclays self-service application or platform e,g ATM , POS , Assisted Self Service Counter , Quick Service point , Online Banking point or Counter is preferred .
Good Understanding of Technology and Banking Industry.
