Brand Integrated Multi-Channel Marketing (IMCM) Hemophilia/Ophthalmology (Temporary Contract) Job at Bayer in Zürich, ZH
Job Tasks and responsibilities:
Provide support to the Integrated Multi-Channel Marketing (IMCM) Brand Lead in meeting business objectives through the use of cutting edge multi-channel and digital campaigns, focusing on customer engagement and impact.
Develop integrated multi-channel campaigns in line with the brand strategy and as outlined in the customer activation plan, including measurement/optimization.
Partner with MWMs, IMCM community and supporting functions, as appropriate, based on assigned projects.
Share best practices and transfer knowledge, leveraging experience and expertise across Bayer and from global leading brands from industries outside of Pharma.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in brand management and looking to take this to a new level in a global, IMCM team.
Ideally prior experience in digital and/or multi-channel planning and execution – minimum at a country level Entrepreneurial mindset and cultivates innovation.
Connects digital to traditional, challenges the status quo, purposeful disruption, find and champions the best creative ideas and actively moves them to implementation
Ability to successfully partner and work with and influence cross- functional and cross-cultural teams
Excellent project management, presentation and communication skills
The courage to drive change while having fun – willing to take risks and try something new.
