PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Marketing and Communication Manager is responsible for defining marketing plans for products in line with the positioning of Brand in the Country/Area. He/She has full responsibility for defining and implementing a specific approach to the market including the selection and development of a variety of marketing instruments and specific retail actions focused on customer segments. He/She will ensure that all actions that impact the brand image, positioning or presence (sales and marketing, customer support, finance, communication, training, distribution, etc) are aligned with the overall brand strategy.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop annual and quarterly marketing plan

Action plan development on gap analysis and root causes for the Market

Define market launch activities strategy and operational plan

Follow-up of market volumes and share

Propose variable marketing actions (programming) based on performance and efficiency

T&C: quarterly & seasonal reviews, discount structure, promotion on inventory and follow up

Settlement of the final price positioning for the products/projects

Volume Forecast in coordination with Business Director, Sales & Demand Planning

Local Communications to dealers and customers

Local Sales Support (training/demo/events) and product launches activities

Local VOC

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s or Bachelor degree in Finance/Economics/Marketing preferred

Fluent English, other languages would be a plus

Strong analytical, data management and organizational skills

Good communication skills and intercultural skills

Self-driven, results-oriented with a clear focus on high quality and business profit

Good presentation / Communication Skills

Organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload, balanced with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proactive problem solving attitude with solid analytical and critical thinking skills

Change management skills, able to influence change on solutions identified

Intellectual curiosity

Commercial experience preferred
