You will be responsible for the whole business scope, from understanding our customer’s needs, build trust and deliver on high expectations. To develop and increase the business is a priority and to be able to do that, networking and to build strong and lasting professional relationships will be an important part of your role.
Equally important is your people management responsibility where you lead, coach, inspire and develop our people working as consultants. Your people responsibility runs throughout the whole employee journey, everything from recruit, hire, onboard, develop and retain. You will own the whole recruitment process and the responsibility to match the right candidate to the customer’s needs. Most importantly, you will create engagement and build a strong team that want to deliver.
In this role, no day will be the same and you will have to act and make decisions daily at the same time as you need to work proactively. If you like mixing operations with business development, you will be right for the job!
Who are you?
To succeed and thrive in the role you need to have a strong inner drive, appreciate collaboration and networking and be comfortable taking decisions. You are used to working independently and taking responsibility. The complexity of the role and its content requires the ability to prioritize and finding creative solutions. You are triggered by sales and reaching result and to give first class service to the customers. You have a proactive approach and always make sure to listen to the needs of customers, employees, and potential candidates. Most importantly, you are an inspiring and communicative people leader with a strong coaching mindset.
You have at least five years’ experience working in a similar role with previous leadership experience. You have an academic background, preferably within Human Resources. Driving license and access to own car is a must have. You have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
