BoutiqueRugs.com is a rapidly growing online retailer that sells quality and trendy rugs online. We are looking for a competent and *organized* customer service professional. We are looking for a self-starter who is motivated to be a part of a small but growing team that knows customer satisfaction is a key asset to our success! Working well within a team and having great communication skills are important keys to our success and will eventually lead to advancement for the right person. The company is young (3+ years) and growing rapidly.
We need individuals that realize the job description is very fluid as everyone wears many hats and we do what it takes to get the job done. The successful candidate will work remotely five or six days from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays, 9 am to 6 pm on Saturdays and 12 to 6 pm on Sundays. *Candidates who are willing to work during weekends will have priority*.
Your daily job responsibilities would be to handle incoming customer calls, return voicemails and possibly answer emails and live chats. Past this, you will help process incoming customer returns and refunds. Computer literacy, excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
