Full time; flexible with ideal availability between 8am-4pm, limited weekend coverage as needed

Location of office: 7225 W. Marcia Road, Milwaukee, WI

Job Summary

The Express Customer Service Representative will be responsible for modeling and promoting Sendik’s culture by supporting those who consistently provide “best in class” service to our guests. The Express Customer Service Representative is responsible for inbound and outbound calls with Express (our online shopping service) customers who want to place an online grocery order over the phone.

Duties/Responsibilities

Serve customers, associates, vendors and partners while modeling Sendik’s culture and providing “best in class” customer service

Manage outbound and inbound calls from Express customers using a multi-line phone

Enter customers online grocery orders in dedicated system

Ask the Express customers detailed questions about products they would like to order including brand, size, weight and substitution options

Communicate with the Express teams at each location for specific product inquiries

Confirm preferred date/time the Express customers would like their grocery order delivered or picked up at the store

Handle confidential contact and payment information

Resolve customer order discrepancies

Assist with shopping Express orders in store on an as needed basis

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent is required

Experience in a call center environment preferred but not required

High level of professionalism in performing responsibilities, including interpersonal communications

Strong computer skills, with a working knowledge in Google Docs

An energetic approach to work, including a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Able to take and follow direction

Strong customer service orientation focused on providing the best in quality and service

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Strong sense of security and ability to handle sensitive information

Excellent attention to detail
