The Contract Data Entry position is responsible for registering the largest quantity of certificates received from our dealerships.

Essential Responsibilities:
Registering Chemical, Tire, Etch and Mechanical Breakdown certificates daily

Recognizing and forwarding problem certificates to the respective Administration Department for underwriting completion; certificates registered under business name only, unsigned certificates, manual changes to the certificates that are not initialed, effective date issues, confirmation of coverage letters needed, previously remitted certificates and more

Employees may be required to temporarily work remotely

Other duties as required

Qualifications:
Minimum Grade 12

Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)

Fluent in English with proven skills in verbal and written communication

Keyboarding 40+ words per minute
