We are seeking Client Engagement Manager to work with customers to deploy our next generation products that will leverage artificial intelligence for life science companies to improve patient experience and outcomes for life science patients. The ideal candidate will serve as the point person for the customer, working with a team of product managers, data scientists, and engineers. This position is based out of our office in King of Prussia, PA and reports to the Executive Vice President for Advanced Analytics.
Accountable for the successful delivery and use of Concerto HealthAI technology and services to enable clients to obtain the most value out of the solutions delivered.
Develop a deep understanding of projects within the program and the broader technology portfolio; managing assigned projects with a clear understanding of business and technology context, developing a deep understanding of cross-team functions and dependencies.
Ensure alignment of proposed projects with the program roadmap and its goals, manage project planning and execution accordingly.
Work with and across Concerto HealthAI functional teams to manage customer account and to exceed customer and internal goals.
Manage overall account financial plan, forecasting and reporting.
Develop, implement and drive day to day execution of account specific change management, training and communications plans.
Establish, manage and expand customer relationship with key decision makers.
Build trust and leverage customer experience by understanding their overall commercial strategic and tactical business goals, and contribute to development of new products, or improvements to existing products, to meet these needs.
Contribute to development of new product development processes and controls.
Contribute to new business development efforts.
8+ years of experience in client-facing roles of increasing responsibility, delivering products, services, or analyses to Pharma / Life Sciences, in organizations such as: healthcare-oriented consulting firms, healthcare focused analytics firms, or healthcare technology companies.
B.A. or B.S. (preferred discipline in biological sciences, engineering, biostatistics, health economics, or similar).
Success in maintaining long term business relationships in a strategic and abstract space and navigating high-profile, complex client accounts.
Track record of delivering highly complex engagements, supporting end-to-end client engagement process, including capabilities presentations, project scoping, and customer support.
Success juggling multiple client interactions and deadlines simultaneously.
Agility to develop relationships with diverse, cross-functional teams.
Very strong project management skills with excellent problem solving, analytical skills and attention to details. Mastery of project management methodology, tools and templates (includes project planning, schedule development, scope management and cost management).
Outstanding oral and written communication and people skills.
Track record of customer focus, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promises.
IT background with experience across the systems development life cycle with experience in all project phases – plan, initiate, elaborate, design, build, test, implement.
Strong team working skills across matrixed client, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teams.
