We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to work in our Melbourne practice, which specializes in complex and challenging corporate immigration matters. This role will suit an individual with a client/customer service background who is looking to gain experience in an exciting, fast-paced and stimulating area of law. We embrace workplace flexibility to enable you to find your path and do your best work.

The role is integral in delivering our immigration services to our clients and will provide support to our teams to develop and maintain positive client relationships with our corporate and individual clients. Your tasks will include liaising with corporate and individual clients to collate information and/or documents, preparing complex reports, preparing, completing and reviewing visa applications and assisting the case teams.

What you’ll bring to this role

We are looking for applicants who have:
Strong client/customer service and relationship building experience

Experience working in a corporate setting

The skills to manage their own case work effectively

Good attention to detail skills

The ability to work independently

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Candidates with experience in immigration services, or qualifications in Legal Administration (Paralegal studies) are encouraged to apply.
