Broadridge is growing! We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager for our Newark, NJ office. In this role, you will provide support for Tier 1 clients. You will own the client relationship across all Broadridge GTO applications. You will ensure clients receive timely and accurate updates on all open issues to ensure happiness and maintain positive relationships. You’ll provide issue resolution and workflows with the Development group for all production and UAT testing. You will review discussions and improvement requests.

You will support production implementations and upgrades to clients’ production regions
You will facilitate disaster recovery/BCP requirements, daily/weekly/monthly metrics reporting, service level agreement handling, and post-mortem
You will handle day to day client activity and disaster recovery/ BCP testing support
Responsible for tracking any open issues, ensuring continuous updates to the client
You will manage issue resolution and workflows with Development for all Production and UAT testing
Periodic metric reporting
Incident Management coordination including delivery of client facing PMs and tracking action items
5+ years of experience in client services/account management
Prior experience w/ BPS a plus
Prior custody processing and project/program management a plus
A self-starter with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Knowledge of brokerage process in Fixed Income and Equities markets
