We are looking for a Commercial for the Finance department, encompassing Solar PV Power Plant and PV-Hybrid applications/solutions and services.
As Siemens Energy Generation Division, we offer solutions in Utility-scale Solar PV including system integration and digitalization. To unlock the decarbonization potential for our customers we leverage PV technology from our partner eco-system. In our role as internal Solar PV start-up we are responsible for Strategy, Go-to-market (Sales and BD), Partnering, Engineering, Bid management, Project execution and Lifecycle Management (incl. O&M) in Utility-scale Solar PV.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all Solar PV Project Contracting, Reporting and Budget Planning and will provide commercial support for partner and frame agreements.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Experience in Commercial Sales for Solar PV. Supply chain experience with successful records of supply chain frame agreements
Power plant specific experience, including sales and / or project management, substantial expertise in Solar PV & Well connected in the field of solar business with approximately 3- 5 years working experience
Solid in new businesses, administration & financial set-up, ability to develop new financial business models, experience in driving PV/ similar business fields.
Knowledge of Risk Management, Quality Management Systems, Product Spectrum, [email protected], LOA guidelines & process, Schedule Planning, Relevant IT-applications, Conflict Management, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Requirements Analysis and commercial claim Management.
Basic knowledge of contract law and compliance rules/regulations is a plus,
Excellent communication & negotiation skills, ability to work in Informal teams across various geographical regions
Perform ongoing optimization of organization, procedures, and processes to ensure rationalization potential, to optimize productivity and to increase customer satisfaction.
Take responsibility for the commercial correctness, creditworthiness check of external customers, and hand-over-process of project calculations to PM, Complete foreign currency calculation in the offer stage.
Support Partner Selection from commercial side including Frame Agreements
Support Sales Team in all phases including Pre-Acquisition, Development Partner-Management, Project Acquisition and Handover
Guides ongoing comparison of objectives and their achievement, drives consistent steering actions to achieve the targets set by the business in terms of new orders, sales, profits, and cash.
Reporting of main financial KPIs, responsible for planning incl. Budget
Analyze deviations in detail incl. preparation of presentations and decision memos for management of the business or local entity level. Ensure contract Management / Contract Structuring for internal and external business (Contract Analysis, clarifications, deviations, tax analysis (PATAC), contractual risk evaluation, insurance concepts)
Coordinate and organize all financial and commercial activities within the scope of the applicable business processes for sales and bidding.
