Job Description

The company is looking for a Communication Manager that will be in charge of Content marketing, Communication, and Customer Loyalty. He or she will join the Marketing department and will be working with other teams such as Web Design, Business Intelligence, and Customer Service.

  • Campaign Planning: definition of campaigns that will appear on each website, including seasonal promotions when available.
  • Execution of eMailing Campaigns: segmentation, message, A/B testing. Result analysis and consequent actions on future Campaigns.
  • Sales strategies analysis & web analytics
  • Reporting based on KPIs (weekly and monthly)
  • Content Creation SEO Oriented.
  • Press Relationships and contact with Bloggers
  • Brand Blog maintenance

Desired Skills and Expertise

  • Expertise in digital marketing environments
  • Expertise in eMail marketing tools.
  • Expertise in Creating Contents.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics & Tag Manager
  • Basic Reporting in Excel
  • High proficiency in English & German or English & Italian
