An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced and capable individual to join our Contracts team based in Rainham, Essex. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the postholder will provide administrative support to the Contracts department, working with the rest of the contracts team. This will involve working with the Contracts Manager to ensure new customer sites are recorded and visited. The post holder will be responsible for administration to key national contracts & retained contracted customers, generating timely and accurate reports, and assisting with planning of operational works for contracted customers.
This is a full-time post. The key tasks and accountabilities associated with the post are as follows:
Manage contract records for contracted customers to ensure data accuracy
Liaise with customers regarding contract renewals
Liaise with the group National Account Managers and Business Development Managers to facilitate contract renewals
Provide contract documentation in support of new and renewed contracts
Provide administration tasks to ensure continuation of contract
Generate regular reports in support of the contracts Manager regarding contract status.
Assist with managing complaint investigation and resolution relating to contracted customers
Updating group CRM database with relevant information to facilitate accurate monthly reporting.
Answering incoming calls in a prompt, professional and polite manner, assessing any opportunities presented and ensuring the required work is distributed and recorded on the company CRM software.
Assisting with KPI and MI generation for internal and external reporting
Invoicing retainers and works completed relating to contracts.
This list is not exhaustive and the postholder will required to undertake additional tasks for which the postholder is qualified and experienced to undertake
Excellent IT skills using all Microsoft applications
Experience working in a contract administration / coordination role is essential
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to clearly communicate both written and verbally
The postholder must be able to adapt to an environment of growth.
Willingness to undertake additional duties as and when required.
