Administration

  • Receive, handle and/or forward telephone calls
  • Write letters

Customer service

  • Validate and add to the customer database
  • Handle the technical requests of your correspondent
  • Deal with customers facing financial difficulties
  • Sell water services
  • Identify the customer service needs of your correspondent
  • Handle the administrative requests of your correspondent
  • Inform consumers about water quality
  • Receive complaints and forward them to the appropriate department

Sales

  • Advise your correspondents on products and services

Communications

  • Carry out satisfaction surveys

Billing

  • Suggest corrections to bills

Methods/Organization

  • Plan appointment campaigns

Reporting responsibilities

  • Report all incidents or faults detected
