The Role

This position is responsible for the delivery of an excellent customer experience to the Council diverse customer base by responding to enquiries in line with internal processes.


The main role responsibilities include:

  • To operate in a fun, fast-paced enviroment as part of a small customer experience team.
  • Using your upbeat energy and confident personality to deliver excellent customer experiences on every interaction.
  • Act as a Bendigo Bank Agency Customer Experience Officer
  • To consistently demonstrate the Council’s Customer Experience Charter values by being an active team player and representing the Council professionally.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced customer service role.
  • Competent computer skills

This is a full-time position attracting a salary range of $51,449.03 – $55,983.93 gross per annum plus superannuation and fantastic benefits.
