About the role:
The Customer Relations Officer has an eye for detail, a friendly and approachable manner and is a problem solver.
Providing administrative support & only the best customer service, covering the Queanbeyan and Canberra homes (Calwell and Stirling) this role is integral to the Customer Relations Team for helping those accessing Warrigal’s services for older people.
You will be part of a far reaching team, and will support enquiries with your friendly personable approach and your problem solving tendencies. You will prepare contracts & documents that are compliant and other administrative tasks to a high standard.
What you’ll need (essential criteria):
An affinity with older people and their representatives.
Ability to build rapport with different types of customers – both internal and external
Demonstrated customer service skills with an ability to respond appropriately to enquiries
At least 2 years previous experience in office administration.
Demonstrated knowledge of general office and administrative procedures including data entry.
Computer skills to intermediate level including the use of MS Office applications.
Demonstrated knowledge of computer hardware and basic trouble shooting skills.
Demonstrated high level of oral, written and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as an effective team member.
Current drivers licence.
Understanding of WHS, equity and privacy principles.
