Job Description


PH Jones, part of British Gas, provider of Gas Central Heating Installations as well as Service & Repair to the Social Housing market. The market place consists of approximately 5 million homes, managed by 3,500 Housing Associations and Councils across the UK. We are now looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team.

Location: Cheltenham (GL51 8LX)

Salary: £19,344 plus excellent benefits package

Shift: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm


The Role

As a Customer Service Administrator with PH Jones, you will find a variety of different tasks to complete daily. These will include responding to daily email traffic and taking calls from our Customers and Clients. You’ll be booking appointments and scheduling Engineers to go and repair our Customer’s central heating systems.

The Person

We are looking for someone with previous operational administration experience who is confident, friendly and adaptable. Someone who can work as part of a team, multi task and meet deadlines.

You will need to be a competent user of Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel, have an enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work under pressure. In addition, a willingness to learn is essential along with a genuine focus for doing what’s right for our Customers.
