Part Time Evening Customer Service Advisor
Start Date – 02/11/2020 Pay Rate – 218ph

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for hard-working, customer focused call centre advisors looking for a fresh approach to inbound customer service.

Hours available:
20 hours per week on a 4 week rotational shift pattern covering evenings and weekends. Whilst this role will initially be home based working applicants must be able to commit to working on site full-time in the long term. Training for this role is 12pm – 17pm Monday to Friday for 3 weeks

Job overview:

As a member of the team, you will play a huge part in providing outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for taking ownership and resolving customer queries such as amending and updating car insurance policies, up selling and talking customer through additional cover options and looking to resolve the customer query on a first call basis.
