Job Description

The main duties of the role will involve:

Answering a high number of inbound calls from existing customers.

Recording all the information from calls onto the system correctly.

Consistently supporting team members.

Monitoring any feedback surveys and processing accordingly.

Shifts will be from Monday – Saturday between 8am – 6pm and the weekly hours will be 35 hours.
