Job Description

The Customer Service Advocate is required to respond to telephone, email inquiries and proactively contact all customers who have support repairs at the Service Centre or the iStore. Provide expert response to complex customer enquiries according to agreed key performance indicators. The Customer Service Advocate is primarily tasked with advanced proactive customer interaction and communication. Will be required to have a thorough understanding of how contribution impacts on the results of a business area. Required to ensure consistent outcomes through the adherence to specifications and the use of established routines. Is accountable for performance of outputs. Advanced business communication skills enabling verbal and written communication at all levels. Analyze situations and to arrive at the best possible solution and ensure all required escalations take place and the the customer receives communication until the repair job is 100% completed.The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently at all levels in the organization. The ability to accurately give an account of information pertaining to the performance of outputs.
