To strengthen our Global Travel Retail Organization, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Coordinator.



Position Summary:
In this multifunctional role, you ensure a top Customer Service experience by taking care of specific retailers / customers independently. You manage, enter and process all incoming orders from your customers, whilst taking fulfillment and stock availabilities into account. On top, you also monitor the timely finishing and shipping of the orders. You work very closely with the sales force of your marketing area and the regional offices as well as with the internal departments on site. In addition, you help improving the daily processes and you handle claims and issues.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
At least 2 years’ experience in a very similar, international position in a B2B environment

Education in business administration

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Work experience with a common ERP system in order management, preferably SAP

Good MS Excel knowledge

Ability to set priorities, to cope with a vibrant environment and with changes

Good analytical and problem-solving skills
