We are growing and evolving at pace – therefore we need another high calibre and passionate Customer Service Executive to maximise sales and profitability from all online sales and marketing activities. This is a high pressure environment so the right candidate must thrive in this climate.

Key Responsibilities

  • To carry our sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of the Company internet sites in accordance with agreed sales strategy and targets.
  • Respond to telephone and internet queries and ensure effective communication to optimise customer satisfaction and exceed sales targets, profitability.
  • Manage payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies
  • Organise and dispatch daily customer orders, arrange logistics, manage refunds and returned items.
  • Sensitively respond to customer issues to ensure speedy resolution to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Identify and suggest ways to improve efficiencies, improve profits and drive down costs to the business
