Customer Service Representative

Renewal by Andersen of Springfield is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative / Concierge

Job summary

As a Customer Concierge you will be the first point of contact between customers and our organization. You are responsible for answering customer inquiries, directing phone calls, coordinating timely completion of a customer’s project, and more. You must always uphold company culture while making customers feel respected, cared for and delighted with their experience.

Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and co-workers always. Acknowledge and resolve customer needs in a timely manner. Have working knowledge of our products, warranty and basic operation so that you can answer questions. Stay in constant communication with your customers so they are aware of what is happening with their project

Primary Responsibilities

• Accurate data entry into Salesforce
• Create project jackets
• Answer and direct phone calls and take messages
• Mail out welcome packets
• Follow up with clients for order, status and survey
• Assist Service Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
