First shifts Available 7am-330pm Thurs-Sun – after training.
About the Position
Our client is a leader in the Call Center industry providing world class customer service nationally. They are currently looking to bring on energetic and positive individuals to grow their customer support teams.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Inbound call support
Inbound call to order support
Data entry and order processing
Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
Fulfills requests by completing customer/aggregator need and/or forwarding requests to correct resolving department
Update job knowledge by participating in recursive weekend training opportunities
Place outbound follow-up calls for orders that have missing or incorrect information
Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
Strong work ethic, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers/aggregators over the phone
Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong confirmation and closing skills
Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
Requirements:
Highschool Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1-2 years of call center experience.
Minimum 1-2 years of data entry experience.
MS Office Experience.
Ability to multitask across multiple systems.
Minimum of 2 years of inbound customer service experience.
Open availability Monday thru Sunday 6:00am thru 3:30pm ET. and understand the hours of operation could change at anytime so they must be flexible.
Minimum of 1-2 years of technical support/troubleshooting experience
Basic computer skills including MS office.
Reliable attendance is essential to succeed in this position and to qualify for temp to perm opportunity
Must Satisfy Background and Drug Test Requirements
Benefits and Perks
Weekly Pay of $16/hr PLUS incentives for working early morning hours 6a-8a and and weekends hours!
Monday-Friday 6a-8am Additional 20% of base pay after completing required training period
Saturday and Sunday – Additional 20% of base pay after completing required training period.
Phase 1 – 90 day mark will be an increase of $0.50 if Attendance/ Performance targets met.
$150 bonus after 75 days of employment.
Max evaluation duration – 3 attempts or 9 months.
